Prime Methods' Inventory Management System provides a completely paper-less management system to the user organizations (if they want) including management functions pertaining to Stores Department. The users do not have to type a single line and will never enter any information that has been entered once. Complete set up, is allowed by the system to set operating parameters, status definitions and data definitions. A detailed log of all user actions, all information changed or updated or entered etc is recorded by the system. The following additional functions are performed by the system:
- Enterprise edition provides all inventory management functions on multiple computers.
- Setup inventory categories and add inventory items under categories & add their attributes.
- Selection of registered inventory locations for storage.
- Check and manage inventory levels.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for inventory Items and track their progress at every step in the process.
- Receive demands from inventory users and make issues to users from selected inventory locations.
- Receive stores from vendors and issue goods receipt notes (GRN).
- Generate all R & I documents and a few sample reports.
- Receipt & Issue Ledger and sale purchase reports.
